From front-office tools to back-office storage and security, the FOSE exposition floor had something to offer for every government IT professional.

The ThinkPad W700 from Lenovo with its dual screen LCD won the overall best award in the GCN Best New Technology at FOSE contest, as well as the top prize in the portable category.

The Ace Lightning 200 is a standard desktop that has been reconfigured to act as an all-in-one, but without the all-in-one price. It won for best desktop in the GCN Best New Technology at FOSE contest.

The GCN Lab staff inspected more than 115 new products entered in the GCN Best of FOSE competition.

The show floor at FOSE was crowded with feds all three days of the show.

This tiny PC, the Minew A10, sells for less than $300, and is completely silent because it has no cooling fans.
