GartnerGroup is a subcontractor to Booz, Allen & Hamilton Inc. of McLean, Va., for the case study.Rep. Herbert H. Bateman (R-Va.), chairman of the House Armed Services Subcommittee on Military Readiness, said Navy officials should halt the procurement until they have presented a business case and cost-benefit analysis to the subcommittee []. Navy Secretary Richard Danzig in a March 8 letter told Bateman the Navy is ready to proceed with the NMCI award pending completion of the supporting documents. Army Col. W.
