She replaces outgoing Treasury CIO , who is retiring from government this week. is the new CIO of the National Science Foundation. Strawn, who has worked at NSF since 1995'most recently as acting assistant director'was appointed to the job last month. has been named executive assistant director of the FBI's law enforcement services, a job that includes oversight of the bureau's Criminal Justice Information Services Division. Prouty, who most recently ran the FBI's Boston office, succeeds , who retired.Retired has joined DynCorp of Reston, Va., as director of the company's Air Force strategic programs. Cunningham, a 33-year Air Force veteran and winner of several executive awards, retired earlier this year as director of the Defense Security Service. recently left the National Security Agency after a 38-year career to join SRA International Inc. of Fairfax, Va. His most recent job at NSA was director of information assurance. He is now the company's senior adviser for cyber- and national security.Retired , former chief of staff of the Air Force and commander in chief of the Strategic Air Command, has joined the board of directors of CACI International Inc. of Arlington, Va. He has since 1991 been president and chief executive officer of the federally chartered Institute for Defense Analysis.Also joining Welsh on the CACI board are former Defense CIO and , chairman of the Defense Department's Business Board and vice chairman of the Secretary of the Air Force Advisory Group.
