Technically speaking: A guide to FOSE's tech-heavy sessions

Connecting state and local government leaders

In addition to presentations from government bodies such as the General Services Administration, Office of Management and Budget, and CIO Council, FOSE is home to a wealth of information for the network administrators, system architects and other tech-heads in your agency who wonder things like, 'How, exactly, would a JBoss application server migration affect my total cost of ownership?'
