The PRIME 3.2 contracts cover a wide range of IT services, including project management, systems integration, network engineering and security, and worldwide communications.

CSC estimated the value of its agreement to be approximately $800 million if the government exercises all its options.

The U.S. Agency for International Development has named five vendor teams to provide technology services amounting to as much as $4 billion over five years to the international aid agency, the State Department and other foreign policy organizations.

The five teams received Principal Resource for Information Management Enterprise-wide contracts from AID. The contracts take the form of General Services Administration Federal Supply Schedule blanket purchasing agreements. The contracts run for one year with four option years.

The PRIME 3.2 contracts cover a wide range of IT services such as project management; systems integration; network engineering, management, and security; worldwide data and voice communications; customer relationship management and other user services; and analysis and implementation of emerging technologies.

AID provided the team leaders and other companies on the teams:

  • ManTech International Corporation, leading a team that includes: Microsoft; CISCO; Sprint; Booz Allen Hamilton Inc.; Electronic Data Systems; Allied Technology Group; American System Corp.; Atlantic CommTech; Glotech Inc.; Geneva Software Inc.; MZK Corporation; Mercom Corp.; and International Business Exchange
